Hi, I'm Karina Michaud, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist Metabolic Balance® Coach with a passion for helping people reclaim their health and vitality.  

I've been where you are. I've struggled with imbalances, felt frustrated by the lack of answers, and wondered if I'd ever feel like myself again.  

That's why I created this course. I wanted to share the tools and strategies that helped me transform my own health and create a life filled with energy, joy, and vitality.  

My approach is deeply rooted in science and focuses on nourishing your body, mind, and spirit. I believe that true health is about more than just what you eat. It's about creating a lifestyle that supports your overall well-being.

  • The Hormone Reset Method and Metabolic Balance® is designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. You'll receive practical tools and strategies that are easy to implement, even on your busiest days.

  • On average you can expect to lose 5%-8% of your total body weight in the first 16 days and then 1%-2% per week thereafter until optimal body weight has been achieved.

  • The program is created through an in-depth blood analysis and can be adapted to accommodate various dietary needs and preferences. We'll work together to create a plan that works for you.

  • You'll have access to ongoing support from me throughout the program. I'll be available to answer your questions, offer guidance, and cheer you on every step of the way.

  • We have many clients who are able to successfully submit their program invoices. It will depend on what's provided by your benefits, insurance, or HSA company.  Please contact your provider directly.

    Our services are covered under "Nutritional Counselling" as I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. It would NOT be covered under Dietician or Naturopathic Doctor. We are NOT able to do direct billing or can not provide insurance codes, billable hours or medical records.

  • Let's talk numbers! My programs are 12 weeks and are an investment in your well-being, created specific to your unique health needs, with a typical price range of $500 to $5000, depending on which approach is right for you. Consider it an investment in a lifetime of feeling your best!

  • I'm happy to say that I'm well versed when it comes to diabetes and support those who have been diagnosed with type 1 and type 2.

  • Yes! While protein options become more limited I still have wonderful success working with those following a vegetarian  or vegan diet.
