Hi, I'm Karina Michaud, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and certified Metabolic Balance® Coach with a passion for helping people finally lose that weight by balancing hormones, and reclaim their health and vitality. 

For years, I struggled with my own health challenges. I was tired, stressed, and out of balance. I felt like I was doing all the "right" things, but I still didn't feel my best and the weight wouldn't budge no matter what I did.  

I went from doctor to doctor, but no one seemed to have any answers. I was told my test results were "normal" and that there was nothing wrong with me. But I knew deep down that something wasn't right.  

Frustrated and determined, I set out on a journey to find answers. I dove headfirst into the world of holistic health, studying nutrition, lifestyle, and the mind-body connection.  

And you know what? I finally started to feel better.

I learned how to nourish my body through customized nutrition, balance my hormones, and manage stress. I discovered the power of listening to my body and creating a lifestyle that truly supported my well-being.  

Now, I'm on a mission to share what I've learned with other women. I want to help you overcome your health challenges and create a life filled with energy, joy, and vitality. 

My approach

I believe that true health is about more than just what you eat. It's about nourishing your body, mind, and spirit.  

That's why I take a holistic approach to wellness, considering all aspects of your life – from your diet and exercise habits to your stress levels and sleep quality.  

I'll have your blood analyzed to create a personalized plan that  aligns with your body chemistry that addresses the root causes of your health concerns, not just the symptoms.
